The thatched Mulberry gingerbread house.


The largest Mulberry house, over a meter tall made with a gingerbread tiled roof, 3 stories and sugar stained glass windows.

Mock-up designs for Mulberry’s bespoke giant ginger bread houses. They will be displayed in Mulberry’s Bond Street window, on Saturday 17th of December, as part of their advent Christmas display where each day is a different theme. Come down and see them!

Experimental Food Society Spectacular at the Truman Brewery. I painstakingly made cakes inside real quails eggs. Peel away the shell, as you would to a boiled egg, to reveal the egg shaped cake inside. I made them in the following four flavours:
Dark chocolate and Espresso
Sour Cherry
Banana and Dime Bar
Courgette and Pistachio
